Goodwillers FC secure Le Windsor for the CNVT 2027 Gala Night

The closing night of CNVT 2027 has found its home. Goodwillers FC, host club of the Montréal 2027 edition, have secured Le Windsor — the landmark ballrooms on Peel Street in the heart of downtown Montréal — for the CNVT Gala Night on Saturday 3 July 2027 (date to be confirmed).

A historic address

Built in 1878 as the Windsor Hotel, Le Windsor was for decades the grandest hotel in the British Empire outside London. It hosted royal visits, prime ministers and, in 1917, the meeting that founded the National Hockey League. Its restored ballrooms — the Salon Windsor, the Salon Versailles beneath its crystal chandeliers, and the marble Peacock Alley — today welcome Montréal's most prestigious galas. For a federation built on legacy, there could hardly be a more fitting stage.

What to expect

The Gala Night closes the tournament weekend: a red-carpet cocktail in Peacock Alley, dinner in the Salon Windsor, the crowning of the 2027 national champions, the Golden Boot, best goalkeeper and fair-play awards, and a celebration of the volunteers, sponsors and pioneers who carry CNVT from coast to coast.

More details to follow

Ticketing, table reservations for clubs and partners, the dress code and the full programme will be published on the Gala page and in the CNVT app in the coming months. Sponsors interested in presenting an award or hosting a table are invited to contact the Sponsorship & Marketing Committee.

Bravo to Goodwillers FC for raising the bar for Montréal 2027. One Nation, One Game, One Legacy.
